• Flights booked directly with Emirates can be cancelled online from Manage Booking section available on the Emirates website. If you are Skywards member then you can login to your Emirates account. • Emirates follow 24 hours cancellation policy where you can cancel your booked flight within 24 hours of actual booking time without paying cancellation fee.
• If you cancel your flight after 24 hours of flight booking then you will be asked to pay a cancellation fee on the basis of the fare type of your booked flight.
• Once ticket cancellation process is complete Emirates will send you cancelled ticket confirmation email. Then you have to submit a refund request within 24 hours of cancellation to get a refund of your ticket price.
• You can submit a refund request online or you can also call Emirates Office to request for a refund.
• Emirates will refund your amount to the original payment mode that you have used at the time of flight booking within 7 days of refund request submission.
• The refund amount you receive will be after the deduction of cancellation fee if applied from your actual ticket price.
• According to Emirates cancellation policy you will get a refund only for the refundable or partially refundable tickets.
